Just a quick update.... one down, two to go!  My one year "anniversary" has come and gone.  I now have not heard a thing from MF or NCS in over 8 months.

Congrats!...  But bear in mind that these things tend to go in cycles.  They likely will come back to it, in the hopes that they catch you in a "Generous" frame of mind.

Thanks stinger.  Yes, I do expect they will harass me again before it's all said and done.  I'm surprised it's been this long since I've heard from them, I thought they would keep trying every 3 or 4 months.  Regardless, my position hasn't changed and I will continue to fight if needed.
