Title: I think my SOL was up yesterday

I originally posted on here I believe April 2, 2012 that I had gotten my first letter on March 26, 2012.  So that makes me clear of this foolishness right, 3 years?

Congratulations, Doc!

My understanding is the SOL runs 3 years from the date they discover the issue.  Since that is impossible to know, using the letter date is extremely conservative.

The only reminder I would like to give is to make sure you are extra careful in using images on your websites. After all, you wouldn't want to get ANOTHER extortion letter, right?
