Why don't they name the company so interested readers can do some checking to learn the details of the case?

We always redact the company name of the letter recipients as a rule of thumb, the author of this article learned of this thru ELI..Don't worry if Masterfile were to file suit, I would see it in Pacer and it would quickly become public knowledge at that point.
