Just to let everyone know, Stern & Schurin LLP Law Firm, seems to making semi-regular appearances in the escalation letter business. They appear to be picking up some of the similar type of work for License Compliance Services (LCS) [a division or spin-off of Getty Images license compliance services] that Timmy McCormack's firm did for Getty Images. AS such, they are officially on ELI's radar and people should report and monitor what they do.
Stern & Schurin's working relationship to LCS's appears to be similar to McCormack's relationship to Getty Images. It appears to me that Stern & Schurin are becoming "steadies" with LCS.
What makes the rise of Stern & Schuring LLP particularly interesting is that (unlike McCormack who is in the opposite corner of the U.S. in Seattle) they are located at:

Mineola, NY is the very same city where our own Oscar Michelen's law office is located! In fact, according to Google Maps, they are only 2.3 miles away from each other.
I asked Oscar a couple months back if he knew the law firm or met any of the lawyers from Stern & Schuring. He said he had heard of them but never met them. If Stern & Schuring continues their troll work, they will eventually face-off against Oscar right in Mineola!
