Local Arizona affiliate KGUN9-TV aired a program about copyright trolls a month ago. After the program aired the reporter continued with the story and went to the Arizona AG Tom Horne to ask him about it. He basically said that he was not aware the situation and encouraged people to send him complaints. He even put this item on the AG's website

This is one of the reasons why I feel it is important to get our complaints past the clerks and all the people who handle the AG's mail. Just as the Hon. Mr. Horne was not aware of the situation, I feel the same could be the case with the Washington state Atty. Gen. concerning Getty use of what I feel is a clear case of legalized extortion.
I'm currently working on a packet with all of the key information, relevant legal cases and copies of complaints filed as well as a means of getting it passed the clerks and into the proper hands. My plan is to have this packet ready to go at a moments notice along with several other things should Getty be foolish enough to try to contact me again either directly, through NCS, Timmy or through anyone else. But right now Getty seems to have backed off and has not contacted me for a while so I will not take any new action unless provoked.

The Attorney General’s office would like you to file a complaint with them if you feel that you’ve been wrongly accused of pirating porn. To do that, click here. Scroll to the bottom of the screen to access printable or online complaint forms.
