Looks like Home Depot is trolling in a similar way Getty et. al. has been:

This sounds almost exactly like the same practice Getty Images and the rest have been doing..  Only difference is it's no longer cyber.

That is sooo sad.  Makes one think it is time for someone in power in our legal system to make an example of these trolling scheisters.  Disbarment and retribution might be a good start.

Last paragraph of the story:

"Natt Reifler, one of Palmer, Reifler's principals, was deposed in 2007 for an unrelated lawsuit. Asked how much money Palmer, Reifler collects on behalf of its clients, he replied, "under $10 million a year." The firm's typical contingency fee, he said, was between 18 percent and 30 percent. Asked to name the firm's biggest clients (as of January 2007), he responded, "The top five would probably include Walmart, Kmart, J.C. Penny, Walgreens, possibly. And lawyers like this guy wonder why people hate their guts... actually, lawyers like this guy and his firm most likely care less what anyone thinks other than the accountants who help them twists tax laws to reduce the liability on their "less than $10,000,000 a year."

Unless things have changed with Wal-Mart their "unspoken" policy is to watch you. Even if they see you physically put something in your pocket all they do is follow you and watch you. Unless it's over something like $25.00.
