Received demand for £2000+ for two images inadvertently placed on our website. Thanks ELI for being around (have donated). This is draft first response. Any comments welcome.

Thank you for your letter of 28th May 2013. As a precaution we have taken down the images from our website. Before progressing any further with the matter, we would ask you for:
1. Evidence that you have legal ownership of the images referred to (the original photographer’s written permission).
2. Evidence of the date that the legal ownership of the image took place on.
Until we have received a satisfactory response, you will understand if we decline to enter into any correspondence with you.
